Job summary

Pearce Services Global is seeking a Project Manager for long-haul fiber infrastructure to lead planning, permitting, and delivery of nationwide projects. You will coordinate engineering, environmental, survey, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery and construction readiness.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of telecom/infrastructure PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-agency approvals and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in telecom, utility, transportation, pipeline, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience managing long-haul fiber, utility corridor, or other linear infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of permitting, environmental compliance, agency coordination, and ROW processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of long-haul fiber projects from route planning through construction readiness.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including OSP engineering, environmental consultants, survey/SUE providers, geotechnical firms, structural engineers, and permitting specialists.
• Drive approvals with federal, state, local, railroad, tribal, and utility agencies.
• Manage specialty studies including environmental, archaeological, geotechnical, wetland, and endangered species assessments.
• Identify permitting, routing, and regulatory risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and provide executive-level project reporting.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, contracts, scope, and change orders.

Position Summary
