Job summary

Wipro in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a robust delivery framework across complex technology landscapes and ensure optimal resource utilisation and risk management.

You will drive cross-LOB governance, stakeholder alignment, and early identification of value opportunities while guiding onshore and offshore teams toward top-line and margin growth.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery frameworks across complex software applications for multiple LOBs and lead integrated planning, resource allocation, and governance setup.
• Review project deliverables and improve execution by defining new tools and processes, leveraging AI to enhance operational excellence.
• Prepare governance reports across multiple LOBs by consolidating MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Implement cross-LOB governance frameworks to minimize process exceptions and revenue leakage.
• Oversee resource allocation plans, attrition, and define optimization strategies for onshore and offshore teams.
• Define performance criteria and career development plans for onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and lead continuous improvement.
• Monitor project estimates vs actuals and manage resource allocation for a LOB, overseeing revenue realization and margin improvement.
• Participate in RFPs and mining opportunities in existing accounts; prepare Go-to-Market materials for multi-LOB solutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executives for strategic alignment across multiple LOBs and conduct QBRs to drive collaboration.
• Undertake innovation by researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.
