Infrared Power Techsol Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur, Rajasthan, seeks a Project Manager/Jr.

Project Manager to lead SCADA and automation projects for renewable energy installations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer requirements, and ensure project milestones are met with high-quality deliverables and strict documentation control. The role requires hands-on PLC programming, SCADA commissioning, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• CBSE 10th/12th with 75%+
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/instrumentation engineering or related field
• 1–3 years' experience managing complete projects
• 2–3 years' field SCADA & PLC commissioning
• 2–3 years' experience in PLC programming and SCADA OEM (Zenon advantageous)
• Knowledge of Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-101/104 & IEC 61850
• Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and meeting handling
• Understanding of Indian Grid Codes is a plus
• Experience with HMI development and visualization is a plus
• Exposure to Wago PLC systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Analysing and clarifying the requirement specification of customer and creating IO lists, spec files
• Preparing time schedules and resource schedules and performing project control throughout the lifecycle to close on time
• Performing SCADA projects quality assurance as per customer specifications
• Handling site commissioning (remotely) in coordination with Project Engineer and Customer
• Performing SAT related activities and documentation

In PV Scada projects, our services include design, technical specifications, engineering, supply, testing, and commissioning of servers and client hardware or PLCs, integration with external control centres, customer-tailored gateway solutions for communication protocols, SCADA Service Level Agreements, improvement of existing SCADA systems, new development, integration, configuration, and on-site/remote technical assistance.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role located in Jaipur. As a Project Manager, you will be having following responsibilities

• Analysing and Clarifying the requirement specification of customer and creating the documents like IO list, Spec file etc
• Preparing Time schedule, Resource schedule and performing the project control throughout the life cycle of the project to close the project in time.
• Performing Scada projects quality assurance as per customer specifications.
• Handling Site commissioning (Remotely) in coordination with Project Engineer and Customer
• Performing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) related activities and Documentations

Qualifications

• 10th & 12th must be from CBSE board and above 75%
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in managing the complete project single handedly.
• 2-3 years of field experience of Scada & PLC commissioning
• 2-3 years of experience in PLC programming and Scada OEM (Experience with Zenon will be an advantage)
• Know-How of industry-standard communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-101/104 & IEC 61850) and networking
• Proficiency in MS Office, Emails and meeting handling
• Understanding of Indian Grid Codes standards will be an added advantage
• Experience with HMI development and visualization will be an added advantage
• Exposure to Wago PLC systems will be an added advantage
