Job summary

YASH Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager – IoT & Digital Solutions to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for cement industry clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery of IoT, cloud, and AI/ML-driven solutions to enable smart manufacturing and data-driven decision-making across plant operations.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience with at least 5+ years in project management, strong GCP expertise, and hands-on work with Python/Django Rest

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in IoT or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience with cement or process manufacturing clients.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI).
• Hands-on experience with Python/Django Rest Framework and frontend tech (Angular/React).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IoT and digital transformation projects for manufacturing clients.
• Drive Industry 4.0 solutions: predictive maintenance, process optimization, asset monitoring.
• Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk, delivery within timelines and budget.
• Architect and oversee cloud-based IoT solutions using GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: frontend, backend, data science, DevOps.
• Ensure seamless edge device to cloud integration of plant systems.
• Oversee development of scalable apps using Python, Django Rest Framework, Angular/React.
• Lead data engineering and analytics pipelines using BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives including Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics; ML model deployment.
• Manage deployment of ML models using Vertex AI and tools like DataRobot.
• Ensure DevOps practices with Docker and cloud-native tech.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, provide updates, drive satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with cement or process manufacturing industry clients.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI.
• Hands-on understanding of:
• Python & Django Rest Framework (backend development)
• Angular / React (frontend technologies)
• PostgreSQL & BigQuery (data platforms)
• Experience in AI/ML solutions:
• Computer Vision, Image Analytics
• Predictive Analytics
• ML model development and deployment
• Familiarity with DataRobot and automated ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of Edge Computing & IoT Analytics architectures.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of industrial IoT ecosystems and sensor integration.
• Experience managing global delivery projects in a software services environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.

Certifications

Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) will be considered an added advantage.
