You will drive due diligence, legal clearance, fit-out monitoring, and project closure, ensuring timely deliveries and renewals. The role requires strong stakeholder management and hands-on execution across real estate and infrastructure domains.

Responsabilidades

• Branch Expansion and Retention Planning: Understand annual branch banking expansion and retention plans.
• Identify prime catchment areas in consultation with branch representatives.
• Premises Identification and Due Diligence: Identify three suitable premises for each location.
• Conduct technical and legal due diligence for shortlisted premises.
• Lease Negotiation and Proposal Preparation: Negotiate rentals with landlords alongside business representatives.
• Prepare detailed proposals for approval by senior management.
• Legal and Lease Execution: Collect statutory documents and seek legal clearance.
• Execute and register lease agreements post-clearance.
• Interior Fit-out and Project Monitoring: Allocate fit-out tasks to vendors and secure layout approvals.
• Monitor projects, liaise with landlords, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Project Closure and Lease Renewals: Certify bills and ensure defect rectifications post-project closure.
• Engage with landlords for lease renewals and negotiate terms.
