Job summary

Kytes in Pune is seeking a Project Manager – Implementation with 7+ years of experience to lead delivery of ERP/CRM/SAAS projects. The role involves hands-on implementation, requirements gathering, and coordinating with international clients to ensure successful rollouts.

You will guide the team through design, configuration, testing, and deployment, driving quality and timely delivery while frequently interfacing with clients and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management and delivery.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ERP/CRM/SAAS applications.
• Effective communication with international teams and clients.
• Ability to understand business processes and map them to technology.
• Prior system configuration experience based on design specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery projects for business software (ERP/CRM/SAAS).
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with global teams and clients for requirements and rollout.
• Ensure quality through embedded QA, unit testing, and reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong customer delivery experience, managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SAAS applications (implementing ProductDossier’s own product suite).
• Hands‑on implementation experience with business applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Effective communication with international team members and clients.
• Quickly understand business processes and how technology enables those processes.
• Prior system configuration experience based on design specifications is a plus.
• Lead the team, providing support and guidance.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices (e.g., mid‑development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Collaborate with other team members (requirements gathering, testing, rollout and operations) to ensure seamless transitions and present results to team members and clients globally.
• Understand technical requirements for accurate implementation.
• Provide support to client issues (L1/L2/L3) directly or coordinate with the support team for specified response/resolve times.
