Job summary

Serviphi Technologies in Pune invites an experienced Project Manager to lead Power Apps and Agentic AI initiatives. You will plan, execute, govern, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, hands-on Azure DevOps, and strong Agile governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-driven automation programs, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Experience managing Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Agentic AI or AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and project management.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Excellent planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Apps and Agentic AI projects.
• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Own and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, ensuring backlog management, sprint planning, and work item tracking.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily Scrum/stand-up meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.
• Prepare and publish Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) highlighting progress, risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Perform daily project tracking and monitor task completion against committed timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives following Agile methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, team collaboration, and delivery processes.

• Experience managing Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Agentic AI or AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and project management.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Excellent planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience preparing executive status reports and presenting project updates to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise digital transformation or automation programs.
