Job summary

Quest Global is looking for an Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform and agentic AI. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency at an enterprise scale.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, building AI agents and integrating them with SharePoint, APIs, and cloud services while applying Dev IT/DevOps practices to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Dev IT/DevOps tools and practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dev IT practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI‑driven solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern software development methodologies to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.
• Working knowledge of Dev IT/DevOps tools and practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or Microsoft AI stack.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to engineering, oil & gas, or industrial digital transformation projects is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are preferred.
