Job summary

Johnson Controls in Pune seeks a senior Applied HVAC project leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex HVAC installations. You will manage installation, testing and commissioning of chiller-based systems (Screw/Scroll/Centrifugal) along with AHUs, pumps and ducting, while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and 10+ years of HVAC project execution experience, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and project management.
• Mandatory experience in chiller-based HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of applied HVAC systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Applied HVAC projects.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, with hands-on chiller experience.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors, OEMs and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, quality, safety and cost control.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Role Overview

Responsible for end‑to‑end execution and management of Applied HVAC projects, with strong hands‑on experience in HVAC project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning. Chiller project experience is mandatory.

What will you do?

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Applied HVAC projects

What we look for?

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project execution & project management
• Mandatory experience in chiller‑based HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of Applied HVAC systems
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
