Job summary

Johnson Controls in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Applied HVAC projects, with hands-on experience in installation, testing and commissioning of chiller-based systems.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, safety and cost control on large-scale projects.

10+ years in HVAC project execution, strong knowledge of Applied HVAC, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project execution & project management.
• Mandatory experience in chiller-based HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Applied HVAC systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Applied HVAC projects.
• Lead installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems, with mandatory hands-on experience in chillers (Screw / Scroll / Centrifugal), AHUs, pumps, ducting, piping, etc.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Role Overview
