Job summary

Ideal candidates will have BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering, experience with SolidWorks and Inventor, and a proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, and managing international projects.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of millwork, kiosk and furniture design.
• Experience with offshore and onshore coordination.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and budgeting skills.
• Experience with international clients and client-facing roles.
• Proficient in 3D modeling tools like SolidWorks and Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and lead projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and lead projects from concept through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure project commitments are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client expectations, functional requirements, and design preferences.
• Present design proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long‑term engagement and satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal design team & onsite engineer/Client.
• Review drawings, technical specifications,
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays or quality compromise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure proper handover and project closure documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of millwork, Kiosk & furniture design principles and materials, especially for projects related to Retail, food, office & hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of selecting buyouts & various fittings
• Strong knowledge of wood joinery methods.
