Job summary

Capco invites applications for a Lead Project Management role within its FCSO Screening and Monitoring initiatives. You will manage engagements across Technology, GBS analysts, and FCC Country/Group teams to deliver programs on time, within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and senior management while ensuring alignment with Change management standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduit between the FCSO Functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and Country / Group FCC
• Review existing processes and drive process changes, where applicable
• Liaison with Product Owners and various project stakeholders
• Preparation of programme/project materials for various senior management committees as applicable
• Responsible for the delivery of project/initiatives successfully within scope, budget and timeline
• Adhere to the bank's Change management and delivery standards and all required project/governance requirements

Lead Project Management responsibilities for the Initiative funded projects in FCSO Screening and Monitoring Functions covering the FCSO engagement activities to achieve the strategic objective of FCSO technology & Operations landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
