Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute erection, testing, and commissioning of EHV equipment up to 400KV.
• Interface with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Manage site manpower, progress tracking, and reporting to management.
• Coordinate material procurement, inventory control, and backend design/accounts/billing.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive team development and operational excellence initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).

• Execute erection, testing, and commissioning of EHV equipment up to 400KV (LA, CVT, CT, PT, Isolator, CB, Transformers, PLCC, HT/LT Panels, Battery systems).
• Interface with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Manage site manpower, progress tracking, and reporting to management.
• Coordinate material procurement, inventory control, and backend design/accounts/billing.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive team development and operational excellence initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).

Required Skills

• Strong experience in EHV/HV/MV substation and transmission line projects.
