Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Indore is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead EHV project execution end-to-end, including erection, testing and commissioning of LA, CVT, CC, CT, PT, Isolator, CB and transformers up to 400 kV, as well as HT/LT panels and associated equipment.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, clear communication with contractors and clients, and proven experience in erection, testing and commissioning of high-voltage substations and transmission lines.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in erection, testing and commissioning of EHV, HV & MV substations.
• Experience with major switchyard equipment (LA, CVT, CC, CT, PT, Isolator, CB) up to 400 kV.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for on-site teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for EHV projects - End To End Responsibility for Project Execution.
• Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HT/LT Panels, Battery, Battery Charger, PLCC.
• Client/consultant/PMC interfacing - coordinating with Contractors, Architects, project teams and labour on site; provide progress updates to top management.

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Extra High Voltage Switchyard equipment such as Lightning Arrester (LA), Capacitive Voltage Transformer (CVT), Coupling Capacitor (CC), Current Transformer (CT), Potential Transformer (PT), Isolator, Circuit Breaker (CB), Transformers up to 400KV.

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HT Panels, LT Panels, Battery, Battery Charger, Power Line Carrier Communication (PLCC) etc.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for EHV projects - End To End Responsibility for Project Execution. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Extra High Voltage Switchyard equipment such as Lightning Arrester LA, Capacitive Voltage Transformer CVT, Coupling Capacitor CC, Current Transformer CT, Potential Transformer PT, Isolator, Circuit Breaker CB, Transformers up to 400KV.
• Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HT Panels, LT Panels, Battery, Battery Charger, Power Line Carrier Communication PLCC etc.
• Client / consultant / PMC interfacing - Interacting with Contractors, Architects, Project Management Team, Clients, Labours and Supervisors. Handling labour on site, implementation of Manpower plans. Taking feedback from site engineers - Managing erection and commissioning at site. Updating top management about the progress of projects.
