WHAT YOU OFFER US

As the Project Manager, who would be the face of the agency for the client, your responsibilities will include:

1. Be the single point of contact for client and internal stakeholders for the account/vertical assigned.
2. Day-to-day responsibility of managing projects/client expectations.
3. Display solid understanding of brand guidelines with keen interest to research to gain a deeper insight into business units and products being offered under the specific client account.
4. Ability to interpret and break down briefs (and challenge/ask the appropriate questions to the client for a better and effective output).

Client Management

1. Stakeholder communication and collaboration.
2. Work closely with Client to understand their goals and objectives. Translate them into action plans.
3. Attend Business review meetings as required.
4. Responsible for Service Improvement initiatives for better client experience.

Project Management

1. Excellent project management skills to drive SLAs, quality and process compliance - end to end.
2. Ability to arrive at estimates based on campaign briefs to cover potential deliverables aligned to the requirement and add value in terms of creative concepts, fostering ideas from the team to finalize on strategy and budgets of different client requests.
3. Expected to set up or improvise workflows wherever we see scope of improvement.
4. Sensitivity to the client budget approved and effective tracking during the project.
5. Financial Management of projects and campaigns: Ensuring work is billed timely and correctly.
6. KPI monitoring.
7. To support the collation of Management Information Systems for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.

GREAT TO HAVE

5+ years of experience in Project Management/Client Servicing in Advertising and/or Marketing.

LOCATION

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

TIMINGS

We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
