Job summary

YASH Technologies is looking for Project Management Professionals in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end projects with strong data warehousing and cloud experience. The role demands ownership, hands-on BI (Power BI), and proven client-facing capabilities for delivering complex analytics initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 10–14 years in project management and data projects, with expertise in estimations, proposals, resource planning, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years experienced Project cum Technical Manager with 3-4 years of project management experience.
• End-to-end project ownership with strong data warehousing and cloud concepts.
• Hands-on BI tool experience, preferably Power BI, for client deliverables.
• Estimations, proposal writing, resource planning and client presentations.
• Knowledge of cloud migrations and data architecture concepts.
• Experience with offshore client management and RFP engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Provide inputs to define and execute strategic roadmap for enterprise data architecture.
• Mentor and guide project teams, ensure productivity and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage in RFPs, resource loading, and commercial activities for data initiatives.
• Maintain effective client communication and risk management across projects.

• 10 – 14 years experienced Project cum Technical Manager with 3-4 years of project management experience.
• Experience in handling and managing end to end project taking complete ownership.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts along with Azure/Fabric data services.
• Hands-on work experience in any BI tool, preferably in Power BI and to work in client deliverables.
• Experience in carrying out estimations, proposal writing, resource planning and loading, client presentations.
• Delegating, tracking and managing project tasks with project team ensuring productivity and effective utilization.
• Experience in status reporting, risk management, client handling and to use any project management tool.
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations.
• Good understanding of the data architecture, integration and various industry frameworks Broad infra and technical architecture background.
• Familiarity and knowledge of cloud native platforms and technologies, abreast with industry trends.
• Experience comprising analytics service delivery, Project management and client management.
• Basic data modelling and database design understanding including experience in SQL server / AWS.
• Expertise in Data migration project from On prem to Cloud platform.
• Provide inputs to define and execute strategic roadmap for enterprise data architecture by identifying the current landscape and future business goals.
• Help establish best practice like standards and guidelines for design & development, deployment, support and analytics and mining.
• Understand on Data Storage and Computation Frameworks, Performance Optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation role in the areas of data techniques including data access, integration, modeling, visualization, mining, design and implementation.
• Client management from offshore
• Engagement into RFP, Resource planning, Commercial activity and drive various Data driven initiatives.
• Technical Knowhow. Cloud Environment, SQL, High level understanding on Data visualization.
