Job summary

SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Project cum Technical Manager with 10-14 years of experience and 3-4 years in project management to own end-to-end delivery and take complete ownership of projects.

You will work with data warehousing and cloud platforms (Azure, Fabric), oversee BI deliverables (Power BI), manage estimations, proposals, resource loading, client presentations, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure productive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience as Project cum Technical Manager with 3–4 years in project management.
• End-to-end project ownership and taking complete ownership of deliverables.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts with Azure/Fabric data services.
• Hands-on experience in BI tools, preferably Power BI, and client deliverables.
• Experience in estimations, proposal writing, resource planning and loading, and client presentations.
• Ability to delegate, track, and manage project tasks with the project team for productivity.
• Experience in status reporting, risk management, client handling and using project management tools.
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures, migrations, and evaluation.
• Good knowledge of data architecture, integration, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience in data migration projects from on prem to cloud and familiarity with SQL Server / AWS.
• Provide inputs to define and execute strategic roadmap for enterprise data architecture.
• Help establish best practices and standards for design, development, deployment, support and analytics.
• Understand data storage and computation frameworks and performance optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership in data techniques including access, integration, modeling, visualization and mining.
• Experience with offshore client management and RFP engagements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
