Nirmaan Organization Bengaluru is seeking a Center & Placement Manager to lead the Women in Tech program's center operations, mobilise enrolments, and ensure timely training and placement targets are met. You will oversee the project team, coordinate with trainers, and build employer relationships to create meaningful job opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in center management or skilling programs, strong communication, MS Office/MIS proficiency, and willingness to travel; it offers

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.

Job Description Center & Placement Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Project Overview

Women in Tech program focused on empowering women through Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy, Investment Management, Soft Skills and Life Skills training.

Project Target till March 2028:

• 160 Enrolments
• 70% Placements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project and center operations and ensure smooth implementation.
• Drive mobilisation, enrolment, training and placement targets.
• Supervise and guide the project team and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely and quality training delivery.
• Build employer relationships and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Organize recruitment drives, interviews and placement activities.
• Monitor student attendance, assessments, placement follow-ups and overall progress.
• Maintain accurate MIS and Skill Portal updates.
• Prepare and submit timely project/donor reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Every Sunday and 2nd & 4th Saturday
