Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project lead or project manager roles within a banking technology environment.
• Hands-on with WBS, Excel data mining, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver clear, compelling insights using PowerPoint.
• PMP or PSM certification preferred.
