• Gather project requirements and timelines with project managers and engineers.
• Monitor progress and flag delays or deviations from schedules.
• Identify risks and issues affecting timelines and plan mitigations.
• Review the Quality Management System daily and ensure site quality.
• Plan work sequences, estimate manpower/materials/cash flow and discuss procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress against schedules, identifying any delays or deviations.
• Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
• Reviewing the Quality Management System on a daily basis and keeping track of quality at site.
• Preparing the sequence of work items. Working out manpower, materials, cash flow and discussing procurement with project managers.
