Job summary

Swagatham Global Connect is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects in Maldives. Immediate joining required.

You will oversee project planning, budgeting, site coordination, and team management to ensure timely delivery. Requirements include 5+ years as a PM in a reputed construction company, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and site coordination.
