2coms invites an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead complex builds from planning through completion. You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Construction PM degree and 2–3 years’ project management experience, strong leadership, communication, and cost control skills. Valid driving licence and fluent English are required; Maltese statutory benefits apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Gross monthly salary: 2,426.20 Euros - 3,119.40 Euros/2.70 - 3.47 lakh INRGross per Month , depending on experience, qualifications, and project management expertise.
