Job summary

Ngenious Solutions in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central project lead to drive end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support. You will coordinate between business stakeholders and development teams to design and deliver robust NAV/BC solutions.

The role requires expertise in NAV lifecycle, data migration, and cloud readiness with Azure integration. You will mentor junior staff and ensure timely, on-budget delivery across projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
• Designing technical solutions & building Functionalities on Navision And Business Central.
• Experience in lifecycle execution of MS NAV (NAV 2009, 2013, 2016) & Business Central
• Should work on End-to-End Implementation, Support Projects, Upgrade Projects, and projects involving development, testing, data migration Go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
• Mentor the technical team and support all the junior team members.
• Customizing/Implementing various new functionalities and integrations in Business Central and another later and latest version, including Cloud, Azure, and Business Central.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Review and approve project timesheets to ensure accurate effort tracking, resource utilization, and customer billing.
• Monitor billable utilization of consultants and developers to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
• Track project KPIs, including budget vs. actuals, schedule adherence, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality.
• Manage change requests (CRs), scope variations, and customer approvals while maintaining project profitability.
• Review solution estimates, implementation plans, and technical approaches to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Ensure project documentation, solution design documents, technical specifications, and knowledge transfer are completed.
• Conduct project governance meetings, sprint reviews, and customer status reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on effort estimation, solution planning, project scoping, and proposal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation best practices and organizational quality standards.
