Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced APAC Project Manager for Service Supply Chain to lead complex delivery programs across APAC. You will own project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and client satisfaction in financial services contexts.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project management in financial services, with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, Agile experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; Agile experience required.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Oversight: tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: shall support regional management with project-like support on initiatives and issues to ensure stakeholders are held accountable.

APAC Project Manager – Service Supply Chain

Responsible for supporting complex and multi-faceted Supply Chain projects/initiatives across APAC, ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and relationships, with a focus on strategic financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholder and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: Leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Oversight: Tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: Shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: Shall support regional management with project-like support on initiatives and issues to ensure stakeholders are held accountable to actions/timescales and root cause identified and resolved.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Confident and strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Preferred knowledge in software and infrastructure project delivery.
• Fluent in English language is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.
