NCR Atleos in Mumbai (Vikhroli) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex supply chain initiatives spanning NAMER and LATAM, delivering integrated business solutions on time and within budget.

You will own project scope, cost, and schedule, engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, and drive improvements across multi-year engagements.

7+ years’ PM experience in financial services preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile would be an advantage.

Competenze

• 7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for supporting complex and multi-faceted Supply Chain projects/initiatives across NAMER and LATAM, ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and relationships, with a focus on strategic financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholder and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: Leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals
• .Financial Oversight: Tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: Shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: Shall support Regional management with project-like support on initiatives and issues to ensure stakeholders are held accountable to actions/timescales and root cause identified and resolved.

• Qualifications
  7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.

Additional skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Confident and strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Preferred knowledge in software and infrastructure project delivery.
• Fluent in English language is essential .
