Edatabae is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale AI data collection and annotation programs for global clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate client requirements into scalable plans, and lead coordinators, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely results.

This role emphasizes operations, execution excellence, and client success with a focus on multi-language data projects and strategic delivery collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, client delivery, operations, outsourcing, staffing, BPO, AI data services, or digital operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience handling delivery targets, quality metrics, and team performance.

Responsibilities

About the role
