Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Project Planning & Execution
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
   • Develop full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
   • Coordinate the deployment of field inspectors, technicians, and specialized equipment to various sites.
2. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical concerns.
   • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication.
   • Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and handle project closures.
3. 3. Quality & Safety Compliance (HSE)
   • Ensure all inspection activities adhere to ISO, ASTM or other relevant industry standards.
   • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain a zero-incident culture.
   • Review technical documentation before delivery to the client.
4. 4. Financial Oversight
   • Track project budgets, monitor "burn rates," and ensure projects remain profitable.
   • Manage invoicing schedules and oversee procurement for project-specific consumables or rentals.
