Job summary

Webito is seeking a Project Manager with strong AI/technology expertise to lead end-to-end software projects. You will collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams, translating business needs into technical execution plans.

The role requires understanding AI, APIs, automation, and modern software workflows, plus experience coordinating AI-based features and AI-powered SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of project management experience in software.
• Strong SaaS product development lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience managing web/mobile/SaaS projects and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Hands-on AI project exposure is preferred.
• Proficient with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana.

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong AI/technology expertise who can manage end-to-end software projects while working closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams.

The ideal candidate should understand AI, APIs, automation, and modern software development workflows, and should be able to translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to delivery and post-launch support
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities
• Manage and coordinate SaaS/software development projects
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, AI/ML, and business teams
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive projects toward completion
• Understand and manage AI-based features, integrations, and workflows
• Work with technical teams on AI APIs, LLMs, automation, data workflows, and AI-powered SaaS solutions
• Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and business objectives
• Conduct regular project reviews and maintain project documentation
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Project Management / Software Project Management
• Good understanding of SaaS product development and lifecycle
• Experience managing web/mobile/SaaS/software projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and project tracking skills
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand technical discussions
• Hands-on exposure to AI-based projects or AI integrations is highly preferred
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
