Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in Delhi to lead end-to-end finishing works on large-scale construction projects. You will oversee planning, execution, and handover while ensuring quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation control, risk management, and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with significant expertise in project finishing works and successful handover of multiple large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of greenfield construction projects, particularly interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Proven capability in project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Responsibilities
