Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield India is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end finishing works of large-scale construction projects in Delhi, ensuring schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage documentation, and drive on-time handovers, with focus on interior fit-out and finishing works. 10–15 years experience and Civil Engineering degree; PMP preferred.

  • Proven experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP preferred.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, risk management and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership.

Job Description Summary

Lead and oversee project finishing works for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements while exceeding client expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of project finishing works, ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.

  • Drive project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure governance and control of project documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.

  • Identify risks, drive operational excellence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and client satisfaction.

About You
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with significant expertise in project finishing works and successful handover of multiple large-scale projects.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding of greenfield construction projects, particularly interior fit-out and finishing works.

  • Proven capability in project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional project outcomes.
