Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Strategy

• Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Translate project deliverables into detailed tasks, ensuring clear instructions for teams to execute work effectively.
• Represent all aspects of delivery in a client‑facing capacity.

• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools for success.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.

Stakeholder Communication

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Resource Management

• Coordinate with resource managers to ensure optimal allocation of personnel to projects.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes.

Timeline Management

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Adjust project timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or resource availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of enterprise project management experience, preferably in a technology agency setting, technology consulting, or e‑commerce implementation and management.
• Expertise in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for projects of various sizes and complexities.
• Proven ability to deliver various project types and deliverables, such as website design, development, e‑commerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content, and digital experience platforms.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and loyalty industries.
• Familiarity with working with teams across North America and Asia.
• Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems, including Salesforce, Contentful, and Adobe products.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Financial acumen to manage project budgets and ensure cost‑efficiency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
