Position Title: Project Coordinator / Project Manager Product Release, Implementation & Onboarding

Currently in its pre-launch phase, Shakti2047 is being built as a scalable, multi-stakeholder ecosystem rather than a single-purpose tool. Role Summary

We are looking for an organized, execution-focused Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead the platform's journey from pre-launch to release — and beyond. This role owns the end-to-end product release process, drives implementation across stakeholder groups, and ensures smooth onboarding once the platform goes live. You will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders, keeping the launch and rollout on track, on time, and well-communicated.

This is a high-ownership, founding-stage role suited to someone who is comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and driving a product from "build" to "live" to "adopted".

Key Responsibilities

Product Release Management

• Plan and manage the end-to-end release process for the platform, including release timelines, checklists, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure all release dependencies are tracked and resolved.
• Own the release calendar — sequencing features, fixes, and updates, and communicating changes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-launch readiness reviews (functional, content, stakeholder-facing) and manage go/no-go decisions in coordination with leadership.
• Track post-release issues and coordinate quick resolution with relevant teams.

Implementation Management

• Translate product features and stakeholder agreements (mentors, partners, institutions, corporates) into structured implementation plans.
• Own project timelines for implementation workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure implementations are delivered on scope and on schedule.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or blockers during implementation and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of implementation processes, decisions, and learnings for future scalability.

Onboarding Management

• Design and manage onboarding workflows for different stakeholder groups (mentors, partners, institutions, end users) as they join the platform post-launch.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics — documentation, training/orientation sessions, account setup, and support handoff.
• Track onboarding progress and completion rates, identifying friction points and iterating on the process.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders during their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth first experience.
• Work with support/operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to steady-state usage.

Project Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards across release, implementation, and onboarding workstreams.
• Facilitate regular check-ins/stand-ups with cross-functional teams to track progress and unblock issues.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk logs, and timelines to leadership.
• Continuously refine processes and playbooks as the platform moves from pre-launch to scale.

General Support

• Given the pre-launch stage, be ready to flex into adjacent responsibilities as priorities shift — this role will evolve as the platform grows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field (PMP/CSM certification is a plus but not mandatory).
• 2 yrs of experience in project management, product implementation, or program coordination — ideally including at least one product launch or platform rollout.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work with technical teams and external, non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to tracking progress and risk.
• Experience with onboarding/customer success processes is a strong plus.
