Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years in R&D project management or similar leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing R&D projects in technology, engineering, or healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of Agile principles/methodologies (Scrum/SAFe or similar) is advantageous.
