Our platforms—In-field IoT intelligence device and the farm insights & advisory platform—form a tightly coupled ecosystem of mobile apps, web dashboards, cloud services, and hardware integrations.
We are now looking for a Project Manager who can own execution across this ecosystem and turn vision into delivery.
Your Role at Revin Krishi
As the Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our digital and IoT initiatives. You will manage end-to-end project execution across Digital services, and IoT integrations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes.
You will work closely with product, engineering, IoT, and leadership teams to build, scale, and sustain our agritech ecosystem.
What You’ll DoProject & Delivery Management
- Own and manage multiple cross‑functional projects involving mobile apps, web platforms, backend systems, and IoT services.
- Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure on‑time execution without compromising quality or scalability.
Agile Execution & Sprint Management
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, and blockers—taking decisive action to resolve them.
Ecosystem & Integration Oversight
- Coordinate development across the app + cloud + IoT ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between:
- Mobile & web applications
- Backend services & APIs
- IoT devices, data pipelines, and analytics platforms
- Ensure system‑level thinking across software and hardware touchpoints.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the single point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide transparent, structured updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support team building by enabling clarity, focus, and accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and outcome‑driven execution.
- Align engineers, designers, IoT specialists, and product teams toward shared goals.
Risk, Quality & Process Improvement
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Implement corrective actions early—no last‑minute firefighting.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, documentation, and execution frameworks.
Who You AreExecution‑Focused Project Leader
- You are comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure where needed.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and real‑world sprint execution.
- Experience managing product backlogs and coordinating iterative delivery.
- Clear, concise, and assertive in communication with stakeholders and teams.
- Able to align business priorities with technical execution.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, product operations, or technical program management (Strong startup or agritech experience is a plus.)
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Linear, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud‑based systems, APIs, and IoT platforms is highly desirable.
