Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager with a strong background in CFS/IBMS projects, preferably in Commercial & Industrial Projects. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in project execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery of IBMS systems for large‑scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in execution and project management of IBMS/CFS projects.
• PMP candidate is preferred, must have knowledge of MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of IBMS/CFS projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, project standards and JCI quality guidelines.
• Support project documentation, risk management and change management activities.
• Drive timely closure of project punch-points and successful project sign-off.

Required Experience & Skills

• Willingness to travel frequently to Surat and Maharashtra project sites.
