Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Projects to lead end-to-end execution of CFS and IBMS projects in India. You will drive planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination and delivery within scope, time, budget, and safety standards.

The role requires 8–12 years in project execution, with hands-on CFS/IBMS exposure and a strong command of lifecycle management. PMP certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Project Execution and Project Management.
• Mandatory experience in CFS and/or IBMS industry.
• Experience in handling commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for CFS and IBMS projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and timelines.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve project-related issues effectively.
