**Project Manager****Project and Development Services – (Kolkata /India)****What this job involves:**# # **Leading projects to success**# As Project Manager , you’ll take total responsibility for the overall success of the IT Park / Commercial /Industrial /Hotel projects—guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients’ expectations and meet JLL’s commercial objectives. Driven and ambitious by nature, you have a mastery of the ins and outs of business—from products and systems to processes, tools and best practices. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.# # Having experience in Industrial sector with Solar cell Manufacturing or Semi-conductor plant experience be a necessary requirement.# # For each project, you’ll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place. You’ll lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders’ mind-sets.
