Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with advanced qualifications (Master's degree, MBA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial interior fitout and construction management with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects within Mumbai, Delhi NCR, or other major metropolitan markets; experience with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship commercial interior fitout projects for Fortune 500 companies and multinational clients.
• Provide strategic oversight for multi-phase developments including headquarters, financial services centers, technology campuses, and premium spaces.
