Job summary

Genxhire Services is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for on-site leadership of high-end residential interior projects. You will oversee client communication, ensure delivery on time and to quality, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and designers across multiple sites.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience, with strong team leadership and in-depth knowledge of interior construction methods and current market rates. Monday–Friday schedule with site-based responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in project management within residential interiors.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-end residential interior works.
• Ability to manage a team of 3–4 people and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and designers.
• Knowledge of current market rates for materials and labor in residential interior projects.

• Ensure site execution aligns with standard execution processes.
• Be willing to learn new tracking techniques for projects.
• Track and plan site activities per Master Project Schedule; identify risks and plan on-site contingencies.
• Verify bills submitted by contractors and suppliers after site measurement checks.
• Coach and train project executives to ensure standard practices in on-site execution and reporting.

What would you be required to do?

• Manage Client communication and Client experience
• Delivery of Projects as per committed timeline & desired Quality
• To gather and share project information with Project Stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with Contractors, Suppliers and Designers
• Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process
• Willingness to learn new techniques for tracking projects
• Track & plan Site activities as per Master Project Schedule, identify risk involved and plan alternate on site work execution strategy accordingly
• Verify the bills submitted by Contractors, suppliers post checking on site measurements of work carried out at site
• Coach & train Project Executives to ensure all Standard practices are getting followed as far as on-site execution and reporting is concerned.

Qualification:

B.Arch /B.E. (Civil), Diploma in Project Management with minimum 8 to 15 years of experience.

Work Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM 3:30 PM (Half Day).
