Newpage Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate an offshore development team while keeping the Program Management team informed and aligned on progress. This remote contract position emphasizes strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

You will work with Agile/Scrum methodologies, coordinate across time zones, and ensure quality standards, security guidelines, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore or distributed project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid PM methods.
• PMP or Agile certification required.
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Align with Program Manager and Delivery leads on the roadmap.
• Liaise between offshore development teams and onshore programs.
• Track deliverables and elevate risks/issues with PM and leads.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding practices, and security guidelines.
• Provide clear, timely communications to the Program.
• Manage holidays and coverage plans across teams.
• Foster collaboration across remote teams.

Your Mission

We are seeking a results-driven, strong communications Project manager to lead and coordinate the offshore development team, while keeping the Program Management team well informed and aligned on the Progress.

What You’ll Do

• Align with Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads of the Delivery roadmap and plans
• Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team
• Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, elevate any Risks, issues with Program Manager and individual Delivery leads
• Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices and security guidelines and adhered to.
• Provide clear and timely communications to Program
• Manage and provide visibility in Teams holidays and coverage plans
• Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or Agile certification
• Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, confluence
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
