Job summary

Clarovate is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex multi-channel commerce implementation spanning Magento/Adobe Commerce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Store Commerce POS, a Call-Centre SPA, and React Native mobile apps.

You will govern a senior-weighted, AI-accelerated team, ensure scope and budget adherence, and drive efficient, on-time delivery across multiple parallel streams in a fixed-price environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in software development and delivery.
• Proven delivery of enterprise B2B/B2C eCommerce and ERP integration programs.
• Strong understanding of Magento/Adobe Commerce and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O/BC).
• Experienced with fixed-price/milestone-billing delivery and Hybrid SDLC models.
• Hands-on with delivery tooling: Jira, Azure Boards, ClickUp, Confluence, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery: discovery, architecture, build, integration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budget; maintain delivery plan.
• Run phase gates and exit criteria for architecture, feature-completeness, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Own go-live cutover planning and hypercare/stabilisation window.
• Act as primary client contact; run governance cadence and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with ERP partners, payments, delivery, and tax authorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams; manage resource loading and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor AI-assisted throughput and adjust velocity to plan.
• Maintain RAID log and enforce change-control with impact assessment.
• Produce PM dashboards, status reports, and delivery readbacks for leadership.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-scale, multi-channel commerce implementation spanning Magento / Adobe Commerce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Store Commerce POS, a Call-Centre SPA, and React Native mobile apps.

This role demands strong delivery leadership, deep command of Agile/Scrum within a fixed-price commercial envelope, and the ability to govern a senior-weighted, AI-accelerated team running multiple parallel workstreams. You will protect scope, budget, timeline, and critically the delivery assumptions (seniority mix, AI-assisted throughput, compliance/vendor hours) on which the estimate depends.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

1. Manage the full lifecycle: discovery, architecture, parallel-stream build, integration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
2. Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budget; build and maintain the integrated delivery plan.
3. Run phase gates and exit criteria (architecture sign-off, feature-complete, UAT, go-live readiness).
4. Own go-live cutover planning and the hypercare/stabilisation window.

Stakeholder & Client Management

1. Act as the primary client point of contact; run the weekly governance cadence and executive reporting.
2. Manage client expectations, dependencies calendar, and external-vendor coordination (ERP partner, payments, delivery, tax authority).

Team Leadership & Coordination

1. Lead cross-functional, distributed teams (Solution Architect, Tech Leads, developers, QA/SDET, DevOps, BA/Compliance).
2. Coordinate four truly parallel workstreams; manage resource loading and resolve conflicts.
3. Safeguard the senior-weighted staffing mix flag any drift that would re-open the estimate before it is staffed.

Agile & Delivery Governance

1. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies; maintain the backlog and ensure sprint goals are met.
2. Track AI-assisted throughput as a measured KPI from the first sprints; elevate early if velocity is below plan.
3. Drive continuous improvement and a clear definition-of-done (including senior review of AI-generated code).

Risk, Change & Financial Management

1. Maintain the RAID log; run a disciplined change-control / PCR process with documented impact assessment.
2. Own project profitability, milestone billing, and resource utilisation within the fixed-price envelope; monitor any time-&-material lines (e.g., data migration) transparently.
3. Ring-fence compliance and vendor-dependency hours so external delays are surfaced, not absorbed.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain the project charter, plan, dashboards, status reports (AI-drafted, PM-reviewed), and closure documentation.
2. Provide executive summaries and delivery-readiness read-backs to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong software-development and eCommerce-delivery background.
2. Proven delivery of enterprise B2B/B2C eCommerce and ERP-integration programmes, ideally with international clients.
3. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Magento / Adobe Commerce) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / BC) and ERP eCommerce integration.
4. Command of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid SDLC models; fixed-price and milestone-billing delivery experience.
5. Hands-on with delivery tooling: Jira / Azure Boards / ClickUp, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards.

Nice to Have

1. Experience managing regulated / compliance-sensitive implementations.
2. Multi-region, multi-vendor stakeholder coordination.
3. Experience with phased / multi-go-live rollouts and parallel-stream delivery.
