Job summary

DATAECONOMY is seeking a Project Manager in Hyderabad/Pune to oversee end-to-end delivery, act as Scrum Master, and lead agile ceremonies. The role requires 8–12 years of experience, a BTech/MTech/MCA, and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinate with AWS and partner resources, and drive delivery excellence while safeguarding stakeholder communications and expectations.

Qualifications

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure against scope, schedule, budget and quality baselines.
• Build and maintain integrated project/sprint/release plans with resource loading and milestones.
• Operate formal change control and maintain RAID log; identify, quantify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery — on-time, on-scope, on-quality outcomes across the whole team (AWS + partner resources).
• Run the full agile cadence — backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
• Plan/manage resource allocation; resolve staffing gaps with Resource Manager.
• Act as primary day-to-day delivery contact for customer deliverables stakeholders (exec/commercial relationship stays with AWS EM).
• Lead, coach, and manage team performance; remove impediments, drive accountability.
• Own delivery quality — enforce Definition of Done, quality gates, review discipline, defect prevention.

Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end, day-to-day running of the engagement. Acts as scrum master and delivery lead, owning delivery quality, cadence, financial tracking, and team performance for the whole project.

Requirements
