Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution in Hyderabad. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 8–15 years in project management within industrial, infrastructure, or building technologies sectors, with strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP/Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from project kickoff through completion and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve execution-related challenges.
• Manage project documentation, reports, contracts, and change requests.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and issue resolution.

• Experience working with industrial, infrastructure, building technologies, HVAC, MEP, or engineering projects preferred.
