Job summary

Gravton Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in the automotive/EV space.

You will own project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with engineering, design, production, quality, and other departments to keep programs on track. The role requires 10+ years in project management, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management in Automotive/EV/ Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service, and other teams to ensure progress.
• Act as single point of contact between cross-functional teams and senior management for project updates.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and track action items for timely closure.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks/dependencies/delays, implement corrective actions.

Job description

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project progress.
• Act as the single point of contact between cross-functional teams and senior management for project-related communication and updates.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks, dependencies, and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Escalate critical issues, resource constraints, and project risks to management with suitable mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes (MoM), and progress updates to management.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely availability of resources required for project execution.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive accountability across teams and follow up on pending tasks to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain complete project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes.
• Support new product development, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
