Job summary

Espangle Consulting in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across FMCG, Caf, Hotel & Airbnb sectors. You will drive plans, timelines, budgets and trackers to enable timely delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders, monitor progress, identify risks, and manage launches and campaigns. Strong English communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, preferably in FMCG and/or Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects across FMCG, Caf, Hotel & Airbnb businesses.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Identify risks/delays and drive timely resolution.
• Manage new product launches, campaigns, events, outlet/hospitality projects and business initiatives.
• Prepare MIS, status reports and regular management updates.
