Job summary

Airtel in Gurugram is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in delivering MOFN, ILL, NPLC/NLD and IPLC services, covering end-to-end project lifecycles from handover to activation. The role requires coordinating with hyper-scaler customers such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, and managing fiber execution, regulatory approvals, ROW, data centers, testing and service activation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MOFN, ILL, NPLC/NLD, and IPLC services.
• Experience with large enterprise customers (e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS).
• Hands-on end-to-end project delivery including installation and integration.
• Familiarity with data center procedures and fiber tests.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Project Manager- Gurugram

For this role, the candidate must have proven experience in managing the delivery and lifecycle of MOFN (Managed Optical Fiber Network), ILL, NPLC/NLD, and IPLC services.

Prior experience working with Hyper-scaler customers such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, or similar large enterprise customers.

Additionally, the candidate should possess hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end project delivery, including:

• Solution handover and order execution


• Vendor/OEM coordination


• Fiber execution including regulatory approvals / ROW process, fiber specifications, fiber testing parameters and acceptance criteria


• Site readiness and familiar with procedures working inside Data center


• Installation, integration, testing, and service activation


• Knowledge of optical transport, fiber network deployments, DWDM , and data center interconnect solutions


• Experience managing large-scale bandwidth upgrade programs and critical customer deliveries


• Familiarity with project management tools (MPP), milestone tracking, risk management, and governance reporting.


• PMP or equivalent project management certification
