Lepton Software in India is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds PMP certification, has 6–10 years in IT, and can drive cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendors. You will define scope, build detailed plans, manage risks, monitor milestones, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Total IT experience 6–10 years with at least 4+ years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering software projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• 6–10 years of total experience in the IT/software industry
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering software projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

PREFERRED SKILLS
