Job summary

Eagle Eye SafDrive Private Limited in Coimbatore, India is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end project execution across the technology organization. You will evaluate, plan, assign, monitor, and deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

This hands-on leader will optimize teams, coach Gen Z talent, and remove roadblocks through the full lifecycle. The role emphasizes risk and timeline management, stakeholder collaboration, and clear executive updates.

Qualifications

• Own every project end-to-end - scope, schedule, budget, quality, stakeholder satisfaction.
• Plan using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Assign work based on skills, workload, and career goals.
• Engage Gen Z talent with adaptive coaching styles.
• Guide cross-functional teams through execution until delivery.
• Track progress, review against acceptance criteria, enforce checkpoints.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage schedules, communicate changes.
• Provide clear status reports and executive/client updates.
• Adopt PM best practices using Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Notion, Excel, Power BI and AI tools.

• Risk & Timeline Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage schedules, and communicate changes transparently.
• Reporting: Deliver clear status reports and executive/client updates; own escalation of critical issues.
• Process & Tooling: Implement PM best practices; use Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Notion, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to boost planning and productivity.
