Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams for timely completion of deliverables.
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigations.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, status updates, and escalations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Monitor budgets, resources, utilization, and delivery performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous delivery excellence.

About the Role

Hash Agile Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Experience in the Healthcare domain is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, status updates, and escalations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, where applicable.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and delivery performance.

Good to Have

• Experience working on Healthcare or HealthTech projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, healthcare systems, or healthcare data.
