Basware seeks a (Senior) Project Manager to deliver medium to large customer projects at client sites. You will lead projects, manage project teams, budgets, and ensure customer engagement while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management to improve Basware Deployment Methodology. This role thrives on teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ project management experience delivering external customer projects.
• 2+ years of senior-level project management experience.
• Experience implementing SaaS applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Basware implementation and integration projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Act as the primary customer contact during project execution, building trust and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans and manage issues to maintain the project health.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and margins: ensure adherence to the contractual terms.
• Ensure projects meet internal audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with solution consultants, solution architects, customer support and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover to operations.
• Contributes to refining project delivery methodologies, standardized templates, and best practices across the professional services organization.

As a (Senior) Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of medium to large customer projects at a number of client sites. You will lead projects, manage project teams, manage budget, ensure customer engagement and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how potentially improve the Basware Deployment Methodology. You must thrive in working as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Basware implementation and integration projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Act as the primary customer contact during project execution, building trust and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years’ project management experience delivering projects for external customers, including 2+ years for senior level
• Proven experience implementing SaaS applications
• Bachelor or Master´s degree preferred

Other Qualifications And Attributes

• Excellent organisation, time management, and presentation skills
• Experience presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings
• Advance Consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation with geographically distributed teams is an advantage
• Having a project management certification, such as PMP or Prince 2, is preferred
• Procurement and accounts payable experience is desired, but not a must
• Resourceful and able to find a path forward with minimal guidance whilst working within company processes
• Self-starter
• Committed to meeting objectives, results driven
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Fluent language skills in English. French and/or German are a plus.
